About the role
You will make sure every delivery is invoiced correctly and every payment is accounted for, and that credit is extended responsibly.
What you will do
- Raise invoices from signed delivery notes
- Match incoming bank transfers to invoices
- Monitor credit limits and overdue accounts
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare reconciliation and receivables reports
What we need
- Qualification or experience in accounting
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and accounting software
Nice to have
- ICAN/ACCA (in progress or complete)
