Fuel supply runs on trucks. It also runs on data.

Every delivery creates a trail — a quote, a loading ticket, seal numbers, a delivery note, an invoice and a payment. We are building our own platform so that trail is complete, visible and trustworthy.

Why we are investing

The problems paper and phone calls cannot solve.

Distribution margins are thin. Losses, disputes and delays eat them. Software is how we remove them.

  • The same stock promised to two customers
  • Short deliveries discovered days later, with no evidence either way
  • Unfit trucks or undocumented drivers dispatched under pressure

  1. Online supply requests

    Live

    Customers request product, volume, location and date from this website, straight to our sales team.

  2. Customer accounts & quotations

    In development

    Secure sign-in for customer organisations, written quotations to accept online, and order history in one place.

  3. Stock reservation & loading records

    Planned

    Product promised to a customer is reserved, never double-sold. Loading tickets, temperatures and seal numbers are captured at the depot.

  4. Fleet fitness & delivery tracking

    Planned

    Trucks with expired documents cannot be dispatched. Customers follow their delivery and sign for it on arrival.

  5. Invoicing & payment matching

    Planned

    Invoices generated from signed deliveries; bank transfers matched to invoices automatically.

    Role-based access, multi-factor sign-in for staff, and every customer’s data isolated from every other’s.

  • Audit everything

    Changes to orders, quantities, prices and payments are logged — who, what and when.

  • Data protection

    Built to respect the Nigeria Data Protection Act. We collect only what is needed to supply you.

  • Exact numbers

    Money is stored in kobo and volumes in millilitres — never rounded floating-point values.
