About the role
You will turn confirmed orders into completed deliveries, coordinating depots, own and hired transporters, drivers and customers so product arrives on time and in full.
What you will do
- Schedule loadings and deliveries against confirmed orders
- Assign trucks and drivers, own fleet and hired transporters
- Track trips and keep customers informed of arrival times
- Ensure waybills, seal numbers and delivery notes are complete
- Escalate shortages, delays and incidents immediately
What we need
- Experience in logistics, dispatch or transport coordination
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle many moving parts
- Accurate record-keeping
- Good phone and written communication
Nice to have
- Experience with petroleum product haulage
